Girl Power & the Spirit of Languedoc. Mas du Cayre represents both legacy & a new vision for the future, with a female touch. 4 generations grew grapes on this famous terroir between Montpeyroux, Terrasses du Larzac & St. Guilhem le Désert. Winemaking & sales had been carried out by the local cooperative, strong part of Languedoc’s historical model built on joint forces. Nathalie decided to carry on the family business with her personal ambition. As an oenologist & winegrowing consultant, she took over the vineyard from her father together with her husband Pierre in 2018. Step by step they created their own cellar, identity and wines. The first vintage of Mas du Cayre is 2022.

Talk a walk on the wild side. At Roquenégade, it’s all about nature – and a dream come true. Alexis & Emilie, both engineers, met in French Guiana where Alexis had been living for 12 years for work. They decided to change lives by building up a new common project in viticulture. Both graduated respectively in wine-estate management, agroecology and agroforestry. Since 2021, they run Domaine de Roquenégade with strong values on sustainability, organic farming, and a deep respect towards their environment.
On the stunning landscapes nestled between Carcassonne & Lagrasse grow wines, pistachios and more, surrounded by their sheep & goats weeding around. Biodiversity at its finest.
Their commitment has been rewarded in 2025 by the very first French Innovation Trophy in Agroecology given to a winemaker.

Wine, Sea & Sun – let the birds sing! Camp Aucels literally means ‘bird field’ in Occitan. The vines grow within a nature reserve overlooking the Bassin de Thau, a string of lagoons stretching alongside the Mediterranean Sea between Montpellier & Béziers. Deeply rooted in this blessed place where 9 generations of winegrowers succeeded each other, Clément joined his aunt Cathy at the estate in 2022. She started to work organically in 2010. They share the same spirit captured in the wines that they produce, and named each cuvée after a protected bird species.

An obvious encounter. A perfect match. After 15 years of experience in the wine trade, Anne-Sophie decided to turn her passion into a calling. She began to study winegrowing and oenology and then worked in different vineyards all over France. But meeting the Balliccioni couple in 2022 at their estate changed everything. Magic worked and finally Anne-Sophie & her family took over the estate. Anne-Sophie & Franck are proud to ensure the continuity of a 25-year passion for wine, writing yet their very own story with La Folie Vigneronne. Faugères is an emblematic Languedoc terroir with unique schist soils amongst the world’s oldest, giving an elegant touch of minerality to the wines. From very old Carignan cuvées to fresh whites, La Folie Vigneronne produces 100% organic.

Less alcohol, more fun – that’s a wrap. Alexandre had spent a few years working in finance but stayed always close to the family vineyard. When his father retired in 2023, he quit his job, moved back home and took over the estate. In a very short period of time, he gave it a new life thanks to his modern ideas & creativity. His vision: to offer fresh & funky wines, light in alcohol but strong in identity. Roquefeuille produces mostly single-varietal wines crafted on sustainable & biodynamic principles. Vines stretch along the roman World Heritage site Oppidum d’Ensérune, bordered by the famous Canal du Midi. The inspiration to develop Roquefeuille with a very own footprint seems endless – sparkling, citrus liqueurs, olive oil… stay tuned!

The essence of Gascony, with a human touch. Rooted in centuries of winemaking tradition, Villa Dria blends heritage with a fresh, contemporary vision. Passed down through the Drieux family since the 1950s, the estate focuses on geobiology-inspired, nature-friendly practices to let the terroir of Gascony, famous for its typical grape varieties fully express itself. The vineyards thrive in a mild oceanic climate, producing fresh, fruit-driven wines with vibrant aromatics, low sulfites and for the dry ones no residual sugar. Fancy whites? Go for cuvées of Colombard, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Gros Manseng… dry or sweet, some rosé, a light red – endless treat for your taste buds, pure pleasure! Fun fact: The cellar, built on an ancient Neolithic site, was designed & oriented with geobiologists using the Golden Ratio.
